Some examples:

I was taught that I have to finish everything on my plate.

I do not have to finish everything on my plate. When my stomach tells me it’s full then that is the right time for me to stop eating.

I hate exercising.

I enjoy exercising because it’s an instant way to change how I feel and it’s fun.

I don’t know where to begin.

I know it’s possible to get started. I just take one small step at a time.

I am not worthy.

I am worthy. I want to make the most of the precious gift of my life.

I am not ready.

I am ready for this. I want to enjoy my body and live a happy and healthy life.
